With deep authentic presence I hold a compassionate and safe space of listening. The experience draws from an intuitive flow of visualization, blessing and prayer energy, guided breath and light touch.

 

I also incorporate cranial sacral techniques, , tuning forks, as well as a Tibetan singing bowl.

 

Welcoming you to share any burdens or blocked emotions you may be feeling so that we can clear them away. Wherever you feel you could use upliftment, relief or support I will be there fully in a pure unconditional love space.
